It started the way a lot of good things do: two friends, a shared frustration, and the decision to actually do something about it. We both wanted to feel better, not through anything drastic or complicated, but through small, natural changes that fit into real, busy lives. We turned to herbal blends and botanicals, the kind of simple, time-trusted ingredients people have leaned on for generations, and over time, we genuinely felt the difference. More balance, more energy, better routines. It quietly changed the way we live.

The more it helped us, the more we wanted to share it. So we did.

Why we do this

When we went looking for supplements ourselves, we kept hitting the same wall: long ingredient lists full of things we couldn't pronounce, big promises, and packaging that told us everything except what was actually inside. We wanted the opposite. So we built a small range of honest herbal blends, natural botanicals, thoughtfully combined, made right here in the UK, with nothing to hide.

All of our supplements are manufactured in the UK. We chose to make things close to home so we can keep a close eye on how they're produced, and so you know exactly where your supplements come from.

We keep our blends clean and our labels clear, vegan-friendly, in vegetable capsules, without unnecessary fillers. Our Kids range uses milder, food-based ingredients in softer formulations made specifically for children.

You'll notice we describe our botanicals by their traditional uses rather than making medical claims. That's a deliberate choice: UK rules on food supplements are strict about what can be said, and we'd rather be straight with you than overpromise. We say only what we can stand behind, and what's on the label is what's in the bottle.

Wellness blends, Relax, Energy, Balance, Focus

Take 1–2 capsules a day, as needed. There's no fixed course, use them when they suit your routine. Relax works well in the evening; Energy and Focus suit mornings or whenever you need a lift; Balance can be taken any time you want to feel steady. Start with one capsule to see how you feel, and adjust up to two.

Adult cleanses, best taken as a pair

• Parasite: 1–2 capsules daily for up to 2 weeks.
• Metal: 2 capsules daily for up to 4 weeks.

For best results, take both alongside each other. The parasite course runs for the first two weeks; continue the metal cleanse through to four weeks.

Kids cleanses, best taken as a pair

• Parasite: 1–2 capsules daily for up to 2 weeks.
• Metal: 1–2 capsules daily for up to 4 weeks.

General tips

Take capsules with water, ideally with food. Stick to the suggested amounts and course lengths shown on each product. Always read the label and packaging before use.

We currently ship across the UK.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Delays

We aim to hit every delivery window, but occasionally couriers experience delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, please get in touch and we'll help.

Your statutory rights are important to us, and this policy sits alongside them, it never replaces them.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we'll put it right. Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo where relevant, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage. This is your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and always applies.

Changed your mind?

Because our products are health and food supplements sealed for hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed.

• Unopened, sealed items: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day after delivery to tell us you'd like to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the item. As this is a statutory right that applies regardless of our policy, we'll issue a full refund if it's returned unused with the seal unbroken.
• Opened or unsealed items: For health and hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns or offer refunds once the seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty.

How to return an item

Email us with your order number to start a return and we'll confirm the address. For eligible unopened returns, you'll cover return postage (we recommend a tracked service). For faulty items, we cover postage.

Refunds

Outside of faulty items and the statutory 14-day cooling-off period for unopened, sealed products, we don't offer refunds. Where a refund is due, we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and checking your return.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders placed through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We recommend you save or print a copy for your records.

They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition. Always read the label and packaging before use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a health condition, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. We make every effort to describe our products and ingredients accurately, but product images and packaging may vary slightly.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We try to ensure all prices are correct, but if we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed before processing your order. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and explained on our Shipping page.

5. Orders and contract

When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming we have received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example, if a product is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.

6. Payment

Payment is taken securely at the time of order through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. By submitting an order you confirm that the payment method used is yours and that you are authorised to use it.

7. Delivery

We deliver across the UK. Delivery times, options and costs are set out on our Shipping page. Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your right to cancel and return items, including the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the hygiene exemption that applies to sealed supplements once opened, is set out in full on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, logos, branding, images and design, is owned by or licensed to Human Reset Co and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your failure to follow the usage guidance on the product or packaging. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this website at the time you place it.
